Champs-Elysées
Ok let's say it this is a flat for a business man or a shopping addicted woman or simply you are a business shopper addicted person... Champs-Elysées is around the corner!!! can you imagine? it means Lido, Vuitton, Dolce Gabanna, fantastic shops, theatres, Virgin Megastore and supermarket. And of course L'Etoile is also 5 minutes walk. On top of it you have the most beautiful view of Paris, you will feel like the master of Paris!
Champs-Elysées area is well know for it's quality of life : very central and next to it you have the Eiffel Tower, about 30 minutes walk and about 45 minutes for Louvre. You really don't need subway ticket if you live in this area. The best way to see Paris is to walk! so just get good tennis shoes!
The appartment is on the third floor ( with elevator). It's 45m2, with an separated kitchen all equiped, a romantic table for four. The bedroom is separated. You will enjoy the large bathtub in the bathroom and the white and blue decoration.
Upon request a Parking can be made available close by in front of the new Louis Vuitton building (50€/week)
Conclusion : this is the perfect spot in Paris, it is sooo chic to live in this area.
