This small flat is situated in a very nice area. It is also extremely well equipped, while having a really cozy touch to it. SItuated in an 1800s building on the corner of Rue Turenne and Rue Froissart, it is difficult to come closer to that Parisian touch both inside and outside. The building as well as the apartment was newly renovated.
Rue Bretagne is the best street to do your grocery shopping, and here you get all the French specialities which exists. In a back yard is also the oldes market in town, Marche des Enfants Rouge. In 5 minutes you are on the Place de Voges, which used to be the place to show off your latest wardrobe in the 17th century. It still surely is....
The flat has an open kitchen solution, separated from the living area with an original 1930s buffet. The kitchen also includes a dishwasher and microwave.
The living has an old club chair and a convertible sofa which sleeps 2. DVD, TV and internet connection. Bedroom is modern with a double bed and locker. Modern lighting and arts.
Bathroom is big for such a small and cozy flat. Bathtub included, as well as machines for washing and drying clothes.
Conclusion: It will be difficult to find a better price/ quality ratio in this central, in the old part of Paris.
