side street on the right bank (13th arrondissement). You are in walking distance to the new and upcoming area around Bibliotheque Mitterand and not far from Quartier Latin either. Good connections with metro and bus available. The new Metro express line 14 through Paris starts 5 minutes walk from the house, and brings you in short time to the city center.
The house is 60m2 and sleeps up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms with 2 bath rooms. The garden is ideally for open air dinner or just relaxes with a good book in peace. The owner is a French designer which collects art and has a good eye for antique details.
